Our loving and welcoming environment set us apart as well as our outstanding staff. Our staff has a strong Christian foundation, they are loving, caring and nurturing. Each staff member has been screened through the Central Registry Check, finger-printed, and completed a drug screening. Since we are a registered childcare center, each caregiver takes 15 hours of continuing education classes every year in child growth and development, health and safety as well as curriculum. The Director is also required to take 20 hours of continuing education classes every year. Additionally every FPNS employee takes the “Stewards of Children” child protection course and we strive for 100% staff training in CPR and First Aid.
