This is for LegUp: after making the appointment I would have liked a confirmation email just to verify that the request had gone through. And, this one's on me, but I wasn't 100% sure I'd picked the right day, so with no confirmation email I just had to hope - so I was glad to get the reminder email....but then surprised when it didn't include a date. It just said "upcoming at 9am." Even when I clicked the 'confirm' button, there was no specifics of the appointment being confirmed. It'd odd for a service that does appointment management to not communicate the full details of an appointment, including the date.
